We offer pharmaceutical, health, and wellness products, including prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) items. Certain products may be subject to UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) regulations and may require a valid prescription at the time of purchase. Product images and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging and formulation may vary slightly.

4. Prescription Medications

Prescription medicines will only be dispensed upon verification of a valid prescription, in compliance with UAE pharmacy law. We reserve the right to cancel any order if prescription verification fails or is deemed invalid. Prescription items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.

5. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed online or at our physical location in Sharjah. Accepted payment methods include major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within UAE. All online payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. In case of payment failure or cancellation, your order will not be processed.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery time may vary depending on the emirate, location, and product availability. A delivery fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout. Delivery schedules may be affected by weekends, public holidays, or regulatory restrictions on pharmaceutical transport. 7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to UAE health and consumer protection laws. Opened or temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. For refund eligibility and procedure, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

٣. المنتجات والخدمات

نقدم منتجات دوائية وصحية وعافية، بما في ذلك الأدوية الموصوفة والأدوية التي تُصرف بدون وصفة طبية (OTC). قد تتطلب بعض المنتجات وصفة طبية صالحة وفقًا لأنظمة وزارة الصحة ووقاية المجتمع (MOHAP). صور المنتجات ووصفها على الموقع لأغراض توضيحية وقد يختلف التغليف أو الصيغة قليلاً.

٤. الأدوية الموصوفة

تُصرف الأدوية الموصوفة فقط بعد التحقق من صحة الوصفة الطبية وفقًا لقانون الصيدلة الإماراتي. نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء أي طلب إذا تعذّر التحقق من الوصفة أو إذا اعتُبرت غير صالحة. المنتجات الموصوفة غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال لأسباب صحية وسلامة العملاء.

٥. الطلبات وطرق الدفع

يمكن تقديم الطلبات عبر الموقع الإلكتروني أو في المتجر الفعلي بالشارقة. طرق الدفع المقبولة: بطاقات الدفع الرئيسية، Apple Pay، والدفع عند الاستلام (COD) داخل الإمارات. يتم معالجة جميع المدفوعات عبر بوابات دفع آمنة ومتوافقة مع PCI-DSS. في حالة فشل الدفع أو إلغاءه، لن يتم معالجة الطلب.

٦. التسليم والشحن

٧. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

٨. الملكية الفكرية
